What to do

La Pèta is a place dedicated to well-being and learning.

Children will love our green areas, mysterious woods and meadows they can play and run on.

Adults will enjoy the silence, the calm landscape where they will have the chance to slow down and regain their own pace.

At La Pèta you can eat and drink, sit and relax or take a walk.

A visit to La Pèta is a pleasure for the senses, nourishment for your mind and soul.  As our guests, we offer you the opportunity to take care of yourself from a broader perspective.

“M’IMPARI? – camminando si apprende la vita” (that in English translates as “WILL YOU TEACH ME? – The path to life”) is a didactic path. It was conceived to help our guests understand La Pèta and its past and to encourage them to think about the greater themes of human life with the help of our ad-hoc information boards.

At la Pèta children can play, run, roll over the grass, climb, play hide and seek, swing and slide. In our meadows they can feel free and happy to let their energy run riot in complete safety.

In summer 2013 we built a playground for our little guests.

It is situated in the small valley below the farm and can be reached with strollers thanks to the paved path.

La Pèta offers its “sala granda” (“the big room”), which seats about 60 people, for both private and educational events.

The room is equipped with a projector, a screen, speakers and plugs for laptops and computers.

The fireplace creates a warm and cosy atmosphere, making the room the ideal location for business meetings and cultural events such as book presentations, readings or small theatrical performances.

La Pèta is located in the Orobic Prealps, an area which offers interesting opportunities for trekkers and hikers.

Thanks to many well-marked pathways, you’ll have the chance to walk surrounded by the valley and the Arera and Alben mountains.

We offer detailed maps of the pathways and points of interest you can find along your way.

You can also visit the nearby ancient Ascensione church and Serina old town centre.

If you’re fond of astronomy, you may like to visit the astronomical observatory of the Orobic Prealps.

Sports lovers will have the opportunity to go trout fishing, rock climbing, play tennis and soccer in the surrounding area.
